Drake investigates a Hong kong spy ring that has been hiding classified information in an innocuous English language radio program.

One of the best of the half-hour episodes, with a genuinely clever plot and an excellent performance by Cockrell as an opportunistic heel. Plus Drake always plays a good fake drunk.
