Gillian is voted by the sadistic British public to perform another 'Bushtucker Trail' but then makes show history by being the first contestant to refuse to take part. Later, she is once again chosen by the unrelenting viewers to perform the next one as well, which is going out live on the air in front of millions. Desperate to avoid humiliation, she stages what appears to be an exaggerated collapse, causing the hosts Ant & Dec to call for an advert break. Linford Christie takes up the challenge and wins 12 out of a possible 13 stars for camp. Earlier in the highlights part of the show, it is revealed that Nigel threatens to walk off the show when the group learn they will receive electric shocks if they lose a group-based game to gain immunity from the first public vote off. The two contestants who finish last (Lembit and Sheryl) spend the night in a camp jail.
