Jin has to be restrained by the others when he lashes out at Michael for a previous encounter with his wife (it would at first appear to be the reason, but is later explained is a red herring), whilst Jack leads Kate, Locke and Charlie to the waterfall he found, only to discover somebody was there before him....50 years ago.

This time the series shifts the back story flashbacks to the Korean couple Jin and Sun and how they met. Listen out for one of the biggest reveals of the series too....when Sun confronts Michael chopping bamboo in the jungle.
