Claire is having some traumatic nightmares about her baby and is convinced somebody is wanting to hurt it. The early stages of her pregnancy is shown through a series of flashbacks (which have become the norm now in the series) and how at first her boyfriend walked out on her because the thought of the baby impended his painting career, bless him.... and then she visits a psychic advisor who advises her the baby will be in serious danger if she does not adhere to his warnings.
