Ace goes after a mobster who had his bartender friend Inch beaten up.

Strictly by the numbers comedy, and even in 1983 the "he's wearing a wire!" schtick had gotten old. Toomey's stupidity is wearing as well. One very funny non-PC joke almost makes it worth it, though.
