Continuing immediately after the events of the first film, the masked serial killer Michael Myers continues to stalk Laurie as she is admitted to Haddonfield hospital following his attack on her.
The violence and gore is stepped up a level for this mediocre sequel, which has its moments of genuine creepiness and fear, but the too-basic plot is rather stretched out over a seemingly long period of time and starts to bore rather quickly. ~ The Lord

Gory sequel to the killer classic picks up exactly where the last one finished. Set mostly in the darkest, most understaffed hospital this side of the NHS this one gets repetitive and silly. Still scary though, and looks better courtesy of all the other terrible Halloween wannabe's. ~ The Sloth
