A common thief falls for the Caliph's daughter but has several royal suitors to contend with. Epic silent spectacle with some astonishing moments. Perhaps a bit too much gesticulating but good fun. The 'huge' chimpanzee guard had me fooled there for a while. Anna May Wong steals it as a devious handmaiden. |
