Another piece in the Cloverfield puzzle gleefully pillages most of the sci-fi thrillers of the past 20 years. Good cast, great effects, terrible story. Occasionally hilarious intentionally, occassionally hilarious unintentionally.
The presence of Chris O'Dowd (who is good) just makes you want to yell "Have you tried turning it on and off again" - which happens!
