The Meldrews, along with Mr. Swainey and Mrs. Warboys take a pleasant trip into the countryside which soon turns into a nightmare when Victor and Jean manage to get their feet imbedded in concrete. Later, when Victor goes to get help, he finds an isolated house and uncovers some shocking evidence of staff abusing the elderly patients.
