Lousy playwright accidentally injures his wife. Or was it an accident? Simon Templar has his suspicions, especially given the playwright already has two wealthy and dead wives under his belt.

Top-notch start to the series, a nice variation on the railway timetable mystery, highlighted by fine perforrmances from Farr, Roc and the criminally underrated Eaton.
