When Homer attends the annual chili cook-off he is appalled at the poor quality of food on offer - that is until Chief Wiggum offers him a merciless pepper of Quetzlzacatenango (yes, I did have to get that spelling direct from the subtitles too!) The experience blows Homers mind to the point where he starts having halucinations and comes face-to-face with a wild coyote (voiced by Johnny Cash), who advises him to seek out his soul-mate.
