When Marge sees Homer flirting with two female real estate agents she makes the decision to undergo an operation to lose some flab in an attempt to make herself more appealing to him, but a mix-up at the hospital results in her receiving breast implants instead.

The Baha Men are credited in the end credits, but this was only for the song "Who Let The Dogs Out". The musicians themselves do not appear as characters in the episode.
