Film Dope

Marge asks Homer to post an important letter to renew their insurance, but when he neglects to do so he suddenly realises that until he does he is not covered in the case of an accident. (there is a delightful compilation of examples of his past accidents included!)
Meanwhile at Springfield Elementary, Bart is excused from a school exam on the grounds of his brilliant previous test scores, much to Lisa disgust; but all is not quite what it seems when he discovers it is a trick to keep him away from the school for a brief period.
