Film Dope

The obligatory Simpsons Halloween Special (broadcast for the first time in ten years prior to Halloween) is quite a bore. Split into three sections; the first (in black & white) is a parody on Alfred Hitchock movies: (North By Northwest, Strangers On A Train, and Psycho are all referenced); the second features Springfield over-run with munchers (zombies!); and lastly a section featuring singing characters in Moes Tavern.
Very mediocre.
