A rising politician in a Latin American nation is assassinated, the only witness being the politician's blind sister. Drake devises a cunning plan to entrap the assassin. . .by making a blind woman see.

Excellent episode with an ingenious plot, bolstered by some fine performances, especially Singer's proud and frank policeman. Also the first appearance of Drake's "obnoxious American" persona, guaranteed to lower the guard of all the baddies.
