The eighth film in the James Bond series and the first outing for Roger Moore; who brings his brand of faintly comic cool to the 007 role, though this is the toughest of his films. The voodoo scenes are actually quite scary. Very cool last shot as McCartney kicks up one of the best Bond songs.

Preceeded by Diamonds Are Forever, and followed by The Man With The Golden Gun.
